| Bio: | My life can be summed up, thus far, in four defining ages. The first was a childhood wrought by a strange mixture of destructive chaos, mingled with semblences of perfect nostalgia. A second age would deal with growing into roles that weren't truly meant to be grown into yet. The third age of my life was one of tremendous epiphanies and constant revelations, culminating in the victories and defeats that have brought me here... The start of a new forth era was the best time of my life. Unfortunately...such times never are meant to last. Here, you will see my poetry on other sites, hear about my goals, dreams, desires, and needs. Read how I view so many important things in life, long forgotten by a society that has become jaded to the true nature of existance... And what nature is that, you might ask? Simply put, it is simply BEING. Enjoying life before it ends, and staying in touch with a humanity that has become more of a hypocricy, than an ideal, anymore. You will have your eyes openned, your heart touched, and your inspiration, "I hope," renewed; after seeing and maybe even understanding...who I truly am. I am in touch with my feelings more than people think, more than some are capable of, and people who know this sometimes attack me in jealousy for possessing that, which they KNOW, they have lost touch with...themselves. You will also see the monster that rests within me. A monster capable of just as deep a conviction to darkness, as my heart is entrenched in the light. Now, back to the profile...joy. What things do I like? Aside from my listed interests, I'm also into most forms of Chinese Kung-Fu, asian and medieval weaponry, grappling, wrestling, self-inspired martial arts, and the code of Bushin/Bushido honor - The way of the Samurai. My tastes for food are Italian, and Asian (particularly Tai and Viet) cuisine, Seafood, almost ALL sweets and deserts, Cheese anything, BLUEBERRY anything, and EGGNOG! As far as my musical tastes go...60's-current rock, alternative, gamemusic soundtracks, soft rock, techno, trance, ambient, easy listening, country (but not TOO much >=) metal (occassionally heavy), 80's pop (Men without Hats, baby!). Other things include almost anything 80's (barring the political styles), bitching on occassion, racing, indulging my road-rage, cleaning stuff, organizing things, designing stuff (particularly clubs, restaurants, castles, fortresses, and my dream home), being the rebellious one, creating new theories and philosophies, bringing people together for whatever the cause, DESTROYING MY WORST KEPT SECRET, psychology, criminology, psychotic and insane mentalities, ordered and chaotic destruction. UFOs, aliens, time, time-travel, parallel dimensions, alternate dimensions, cafes, dives, Shakespeare, inspiration, respect, making lists, vintage, candles, incense, contemplation, biblical revelations, pic stealing, irony, and Beast Wars: Transformers. Mythical creatures such as dragons, wyverns, griffons, basilisks, rocs, cockatrices, the phoenix, and vampyres. The elemental forces, severe thunderstorms, tornados, snow, Fall and Winter, and weather prediction. Super-human powers such as telepathy and telekenesis, immortality, and flying. Gaming series that are ANYTHING like Star Ocean, Lunar, Final Fantasy, and Wild Arms. What do I like in others? A competitive spirit in most all things, open-mindedness, empathy...TRUE empathy, eccentricity, tolerance (as in tolerant enough to try and understand me), patience, promptness, the ability to carry a strongly structured and civilized debate, good tastes in food, intelligence, people who appreciate the true power of music and it's affect on the heart, people of poetic spirit, a nice wet slapstick sense of humor, interests in weapons (and the knowledge or at least drive to learn how to use them), someone who's a dreamer (or at least has that voice within them screaming to be free), people who love shock value and wigging others out, visionaries, rebels, people who follow their convictions and hold their morals high, people who know they have a heart and can love with all that they are, and most of all...honesty...in all they say, mean, and do. I wonder if anyone can hold, let alone express, all those things at once. Even if so...time has proven that it can never be done for long. When faith dies, it can take the best things with it. Love, hope, will...nothing can survive without it. Trust me...I've learned this lesson in the most painful of manners, and in all the ways that matter. | |||||
